Nicola Devine
Creative Director

Originally trained as a graphic designer in the 1990s, when iPhones were still a twinkle in Steve Jobs’ eye, Nicola has been involved in both print-based and interactive media since her time studying at Wanganui School of Design.

Nicola is an avid follower of new technology in the marketing, design and communications. She is a contributor to Design Assembly, an organisation promoting conversations in graphic design. Her claim to fame is being on a train in Spain, on the plain, in the rain.

Chrissy Irvine
Studio Manager

Thank goodness for Chrissy. She keeps the engine running at Tanker, skilfully managing accounts and lending her incredible technical prowess to our e-commerce websites, all while smiling and keeping everyone else smiling too.

With a background in documentary photography and a passion for women’s stories, Chrissy is also the founder of the awesome educational project Herstory. What a woman!

Jessie Rawcliffe
Graphic Designer

Our beloved Jessie is a bicycle-loving gal with an edge and a fabulous Graphic Designer who hails from the North.

Her brain is a magnificent thing whipping up impressive creations like magic. A gorgeous logo? No problem. A stylish business card to match? Sure thing. A website that will make your brand sing? Yes! Jessie is the one!

Bayley Corfield
Social Media Wrangler

The remarkable Bayley is a social media whiz and a photography graduate fresh from the world of Ilam School of Fine Arts.

Bayley is our eyes and ears on the virtual ground. She helps our clients optimise their social media presence, whether creating beautiful images for Instagram, catching eyes with the perfect Facebook post or managing consistently on-message blog posts like an absolute champ.

Faith Downey
Copywriter

Faith has written her way around the world, helping clients from Auckland to New York to Montreal. Over the past 15 years she’s crafted copy and created concepts to elevate some of the globe’s biggest players including the likes of Canon, L’Oreal and Adidas.

These days she is based in the beautiful South Island and is sharing her skills to help local businesses gain the same advertising advantage that the big guys have.

Noodles Devine
Chief Canine Executive

(Wire Fox Terrier) Beyoncé coined the phrase “Yas Kween” after observing Noodles delicately devouring a three week old piece of chicken she found on the sidewalk during one of their weekly private Skype sessions. When not chatting with other superstars and diplomats, she spends her time daydreaming about inane but supremely creative life requirements in a bespoke armchair created for her by Marc Newson.

Fergus Devine
Assistant Canine Executive

(West Highland Terrier) Happy-go-lucky Fergus is right-hand terrier to Noodles. He adores multi-tasking management of several toys, inadvertently creating the soon-to-be popular dance move “The Rampant Lion” whilst doing so. Fergus is always ready for/demanding of a cuddle at 4am and rocks his marine-themed bandana like pro.
