East Breeze Acoustic Screens

In 1956 architect Edward Durell Stone renovated a NYC Townhouse facade. It features a decorative concrete breezeblock grille. Cue the early 2020s, and a longtime vision to replicate this seriously dramatic styling came about.

About MTD

Not your average triple-threat, designer Malcolm Taylor is an award-winning residential and commercial architect, respected jazz drummer and—due to a childhood accident—the possessor of a long-term hearing impediment. For many years these three elements have influenced the architectural spaces he designs to incorporate a strong acoustically supported factor.
