We also offer Implementation Grants for Marketing, Digital Marketing and Digital Enablement for eCommerce, through Activate Tāmaki Makaurau if you’re needing that type of gig.
Depending on your business we can cover between $1000 and $4000 of services.
Business Planning, Strategy and Continuity Advice
– Identifying your business and brand Strengths and Weaknesses – SWOT analysis.
– We then use these to set actionable goals for business growth.
– Advice on how to identify competitive advantage—refining business offering to develop and articulate your vision, mission, and unique selling proposition—your why!
– Advice on creating an actionable strategy for business growth.
– Identifying and defining target markets that best serve your industry and business
Marketing Advice
– Identifying sales and marketing specific goals and K.P.Is
– Identifying current and potential marketing channels and opportunities
– Identifying customer profiles and target markets
– Reviewing conversion funnel and customer journey to ensure it is optimised
– Reviewing product or service to identify refinements and opportunities
– Advice on marketing reporting structures and how to use these to track your goals and K.P.Is
– Develop and finalise a marketing plan for up to 12 months
Digital Marketing Advice
– Identifying digital marketing specific goals and K.P.Is e.g sales and database growth
– Reviewing current online presence and assets
– Education on how to access customer data insights and demographics e.g. gender, age, location
– Considerations when developing a digital marketing strategy that includes brand awareness and conversion campaigns online through website, social media channels, and Mailchimp EDMs.
– Advice on digital marketing reporting metrics and how to use these to track your goals and K.P.Is
Digital Enablement Advice
This is specifically in relation to eCommerce Digital Enablement
– Reviewing current internal and external processes around sales via cloud software including but not limited to inventory management, website and POS.
– Reviewing current website and identifying opportunities for improvement including payment gateways and shipping
– Reviewing your business’s current performance and identifying areas where eCommerce could improve your business model.
– Identifying areas to improve customer and employee experience by using the latest eCommerce technology
– Identifying how to shift the business to help make your product or service geographically accessible via eCommerce online
